Na een geslaagde 1e editie van het Bier en Appelsap Festival gaan we het dit jaar gewoon weer doen! Op donderdag 10 mei, Hemelvaartsdag, vindt het Bier en Appelsap Festival plaats in de Botanische Tuinen in Utrecht.
De locatie en bereikbaarheid
De Botanische Tuinen is een groene locatie op fietsafstand van de binnenstad van Utrecht, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en op korte loopafstand van de ingang bevindt zich een P+R, zodat je ook met de auto hier gemakkelijk kunt komen!
Het programma
Het Bier en Appelsap Festival biedt een uitgebreide programmering voor jong en oud. Voor kids van ongeveer 1 t/m 12 jaar. Uiteraard zorgen we voor echte Bier en Appelsap activiteiten, die zowel voor ouders, als kids leuk zijn. Het programma is verdeeld in 6 themagebieden: Muziek/theater, circus, sport en spel, creatief, wetenschap en natuur.
Food & Drinks
Waarbij we vorig jaar niet helemaal berekend waren op het aantal bezoekers, gaan we er dit jaar voor zorgen dat er lekker veel plekken zijn waar je wat te eten of drinken kunt kopen. Van frietjes, poffertjes, sushi tot een broodje gezond!
Tickets
Om een goede inschatting van het aantal bezoekers te krijgen, zodat we daar bijvoorbeeld in de voorzieningen en programmering rekening mee kunnen houden, werken we dit jaar met kaartverkoop voorafgaand aan het festival. En lekker makkelijk: met een kaartje kun je op het festivalterrein aan alle workshops en activiteiten meedoen! Je kunt je kaartjes nu al aanschaffen!
